Omelette Curry
This unique dish is so simple but still so very tasty that you and your kids will love it. Most of the ingerdients should be in your home. Enjoy this simple recipe. Also good for singles who want to cook something easy but tasty.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 3 person
Ingredients
Eggs 2
Onion 1/2 chopped
Onion 1/2 sliced for curry
Green Chilli 1
Cilantro 1/4 bunch
Oil 3 Table Spoon
Cottaqge Cheese 8 cubes of 1/2 inch
Green Peas 1/4 cup
Tomatoes 2 medium size
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
Corainder Powder 1 Teas Spoon Heap
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tea Spoon
Garlic paste 1/2 Tea Spoon
Ginger Paste 1/2 Tea Spoon
Water 1/2 Cup
 
Method
For Omelette - Break the eggs, add chopped cilantro and onions, whisk well add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and cook one big omelette.  Remove from the pan and using a cutting board cut it into strips or cubes.

Cottage Cheese - Saute the cheese till light brown and set aside

For Curry - Slice tomatoes and 1/2 onion and add these to a blender.  Add all spices, salt and water and blend well till the liquid has a smooth texture, meaning that everything has blended well.

In a pan heat the oil, add the liquid and let it cook for atleast 5 minutes till the mixture becomes grainy and the oil seperates.  Add chees and green peas, cook for 1 minute and add 1/4 water and let it cook for another 5 minutes.  The Curry should have medium thickness add the strips of omelette cook for 1 minute.  Serve hot with rice.
